He was the Head of Sales & Marketing at the New Kenya Cooperative Creameries from 2004 to 2006 where he was part of the team that revived New KCC, relaunching the brands and regaining the national and regional market share.
He served as the Managing Director, Kenya Wine Agencies Limited (KWAL) 2006 to 2009 where he successfully turned around the company from loss making to profitability and won the 2nd best State Corporation Award under the Performance Contracting in 2008.
He served as the Managing Director, Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (KPCU) in 2009 before establishing his Consulting firm the Acumen Business Consultants in 2010, where he was the Chief Executive prior to joining EAGC.

Monika Tothova is a Senior Economist in the Markets and Trade Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). She leads a team responsible for providing short‑term outlooks for basic food commodities. She also serves as Secretary of the Agricultural Market Information System (AMIS), a G20 initiative aimed at enhancing transparency in global food commodity markets. A national of Slovakia, she holds a PhD in Economics and Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University. Prior to joining FAO in 2012, she worked at the European Commission in Brussels and at the Organisation for Economic Co‑operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.

Mirjam Vujadinović Mandić is a Full Professor of Meteorology at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. She completed her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral studies of meteorology at the Faculty of Physics, University of Belgrade. She has been employed at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade since 2009, where she teaches several courses related to meteorology, climatology and climate change. Her research focuses on numerical modelling of atmosphere and climate system, with a particular emphasis on analysing climate projections and the assessment of climate change impacts and risks in various sectors (agriculture, forestry, hydrology, infrastructure, etc.). She has participated in numerous national and international projects related to climate change and adaptation in Serbia and the region, as well as in the preparation of national documents on climate change.
